- Weighing in silos to determine raw material inventory, confirm received products, and trace delivered materials to production lines.
- Recipe inclusion via software, determining defined weights for raw material additions and discharge moments into the mixing process. Once in automatic operation, OGA’s system doses each component, generating reports including:
- Target weight
- Delivered weight
- Shift operator
- Dosing time
- Batch produced
- Other control variables such as temperature, pressure, etc.
- Generation and archiving of consumption and plant performance reports, stored in databases for future reference and traceability.
- Measurement, reporting, and storage of final product for each batch, allowing comparison of input component weights with the final mix.
- Measurement of consumption for each production line by processed weight.
