Sistemas de Transporte Neumático

When pneumatic transport requires a large amount of material in the pipeline, it’s referred to as dense phase pneumatic transport. This method allows for the movement of large quantities of material in short periods of time and is typically used for transporting materials over long distances in substantial flows.

It’s important to note that not all materials can be transported this way; certain characteristics must be met for dense phase transport to be suitable. This type of transport is appropriate for highly abrasive materials or pre-mixed blends due to its low velocity, which minimizes the risk of segregation.

A distinctive feature of these systems is that the ratio of air volume to product volume is 10 parts air to 90 parts product, with a pressure differential greater than 4 atm.
