Sistemas de Transporte Neumático

The driving force for this type of system is atmospheric pressure. In this architecture, vacuum is generated using rotary lobe blowers, which typically create a pressure differential equivalent to 50% of the atmospheric pressure at the installation site. Therefore, these systems are highly sensitive to the elevation above sea level where they are implemented.

The basic architecture includes a material source, a transport pipeline, a system for introducing atmospheric air at the starting point of transport, a solid product separator at the endpoint of transport, and a vacuum blower. These systems are usually used for distances less than 30 meters and low transport heights.
